Vodacom4me has been Vodacom's online customer self service portal since 2001. More recently (2010), Vodacom has been attempting to transfer the Vodacom4me services to run from the newly revamped "My Vodacom" website. Both sites have been running side by side for a good few months as Vodacom iron out numerous migration issues, but the Vodacom4me website will probably be decommissioned in 2011.

Vodacom subscribers have access to the following self service functionality once they register and login:

Phone settings (MMS/GPRS etc), contract upgrades, free minutes, SMS bundles, data bundles, pin / puk details, call sponsor, airtime, RICA, Vodacom4me SMS, MMS messaging and probably more...
